Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because our products are delivered and installed on-site in Haiti, the following applies:
- Order cancellations: You may request cancellation before an order has shipped or been scheduled for installation by contacting info@haitigreensolutions.com. Once a product has shipped, been delivered, or installation has begun, the order is considered in progress.
- Damaged or defective products: If a product arrives damaged or is found to be defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery or installation at info@haitigreensolutions.com with your order number and photos or a description. Verified defects within the applicable warranty period will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
- Non-defective returns: Due to the delivery and installation costs incurred in Haiti, non-defective products that have been installed or used are generally not returnable. Any exceptions will be confirmed by us in writing.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund amounts may exclude non-recoverable shipping, delivery, and installation costs already incurred.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
Shipping, Delivery & Installation
All products are delivered and, where applicable, installed exclusively within Haiti. Estimated delivery and installation timelines are provided at the time of order and may vary due to product availability, location, site conditions, customs, weather, or events beyond our control. You (or your designated recipient) are responsible for providing accurate delivery and recipient information, safe and reasonable access to the installation site, and a suitable location for the system. If the recipient is unavailable, or the site is not ready or safe for installation, additional visits or fees may apply. Installation is performed to accepted standards; we are not responsible for pre-existing wiring, structural, or site conditions outside the agreed scope of work.
Risk of Loss & Title
Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the recipient address in Haiti. You are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and reporting any visible damage promptly as described in Returns, Refunds & Cancellations.
Warranty & Defect Claims
Shipping, delivery, and warranty terms for each product are specified within its product details. In case of suspected manufacturing defects, formal claims must be submitted to info@haitigreensolutions.com. Verified defects within the applicable warranty period may result in repair or replacement.
