How a family top-up works

Choose an amount
The amount is in Haitian gourdes (HTG). You pay in US dollars at a fixed rate of 130 HTG = 1 USD.

Tell us who it's for
Enter your family member's name and Haitian phone number, and their contract number if you have it (it starts with C2).

They receive their code
We credit their Zola or WOW solar account. They receive their activation code by SMS, usually within minutes.

Who can I pay for?
Any HGS client in Haiti who is paying for a Zola or WOW solar kit in installments.
I don't know their contract number
That's fine: we find their account from their phone number. If they have more than one kit, our team contacts them to confirm before crediting the payment.
The code didn't arrive
Message us on WhatsApp at +509 5559 2128 (Sèvis Peman) with your order number. We will resend the code.
What exchange rate do you use?
A fixed rate of 130 HTG = 1 USD, with no extra fees. The gourde amount shown is exactly what is credited.
