How returns, replacements, and equipment warranties work.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because our products are delivered and installed on-site in Haiti, the following applies:

  • Order cancellations: You may request cancellation before an order has shipped or been scheduled for installation by contacting info@haitigreensolutions.com. Once a product has shipped, been delivered, or installation has begun, the order is considered in progress.
  • Damaged or defective products: If a product arrives damaged or is found to be defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery or installation at info@haitigreensolutions.com with your order number and photos or a description. Verified defects within the applicable warranty period will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
  • Non-defective returns: Due to the delivery and installation costs incurred in Haiti, non-defective products that have been installed or used are generally not returnable. Any exceptions will be confirmed by us in writing.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund amounts may exclude non-recoverable shipping, delivery, and installation costs already incurred.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

Warranty & Defect Claims

Shipping, delivery, and warranty terms for each product are specified within its product details. In case of suspected manufacturing defects, formal claims must be submitted to info@haitigreensolutions.com. Verified defects within the applicable warranty period may result in repair or replacement.
